Meeting required building codes is where we start, not where we stop. We exceed building code requirements on many features of our homes to include foundations, electrical      components, insulation, and structural        components. We also have the flexibility to    allow the customer to control where their money is best spent in their project and what is
We only use the subcontractors who we believe are the best in the area and who have provided consistent quality in their respective trades. We feel that, by insisting on this, we can insure that our product is the best that it can be.
We have the experience and the motivation to accept the challenge of the unique jobs which require research and significant    attention to detail. The subcontractors we have chosen have grown accustomed to us asking a bit more of them than others do. We are fortunate to have subcontractors that are willing to give that extra effort to help us separate ourselves from the "standard".
Building a new custom home offers opportunities to incorporate special features to accommodate special needs. By incorporating features during design and construction they are much less       expensive than retro-fitting a home that is        already built. Features such as lower or higher countertops, "no-step" transitions into shower areas, and proper backing/framing for installation of grab bars in bathroom areas are just a few examples.
